News broke just a few hours ago that Trump and Musk plans to cut 80,000 jobs at the Department of Veterans Affairs. 83,000! Yes. That’s a real number.
And nobody is fighting back.
1 in 3 federal employees is a veteran. And half of all veterans are independent.
From the Department of Veterans Affairs, to the Pentagon, to the 9/11 First Responders Health Support Program, to Park Rangers, thousands of independent veterans are getting fired by nasty and rude emails sent by hacks in Washington who’ve never worn the uniform and don’t care about our service.
The Republicans are OK with it. And the Democrats can’t stop it.
And nobody is fighting back for veterans and holding the line.
